Attending USC Law is a dream come true. When I visited for the first time, and walked through the halls, I couldn’t help but notice how happy and friendly everyone was. The professors are very approachable and some of the best in their fields, especially when it comes to scholarship and research. Over the summer, I split my time between working at Sidley Austin LLP and USC’s Office of the General Counsel. I have been fortunate to have experiences in two very different environments. This coming year, I will help select new faculty members as the SBA representative on the faculty selection committee. I will also serve on the board of the Black Law Students Association, and continue to volunteer with local youths in the Street Law Program, something I find especially fulfilling.
